        \n\t\tFurther information\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

        Registration:<\/h3>\n

        Please register for all parachute courses via our online booking system for parachute courses.<\/p>\n

        A deposit of 10% of the course price, but at least \u20ac 50.00, is due immediately upon confirmation of the order. The reservation is only valid after receipt of payment. The remaining amount, if any, can be transferred in advance or paid in cash or EC at the beginning of the course.<\/p>\n

        Cancellation:<\/h3>\n

        In the event of cancellation or no-show by the customer, 50 EUR will be retained as a cancellation fee and any remaining amount will be returned. In the event that the customer proves to TAKE OFF Fallschirmsport GmbH that the costs incurred due to the cancellation are lower than EUR 50, the cancellation fee shall be reduced accordingly by the difference. If the cancellation is made by TAKE OFF, the full amount will be returned.<\/p>\n

        There is also a cancellation fee of 50,- EUR for voucher orders for courses. Amounts paid in excess of this will be returned.<\/p>\n

        It is possible to change to higher level courses at any time. Certain training contents of the respective courses are partially credited.<\/p>\n

        Jumps not completed:<\/h3>\n

        The training is carried out according to the respective valid legal regulations (Federal Ministry of Transport). If the course cannot be completed by the course participant or cannot be completed due to force majeure, official orders, technical disruptions or for safety reasons, the course participant has no claim to compensation, unless TAKE OFF itself is responsible for this impossibility. Jumps not completed can be made up within one year.<\/p>\n\t

        Course schedule:<\/h3>\n

        The course schedule and timetable will be arranged according to the respective requirements and will be announced to the course participants in good time. TAKE OFF Skydiving reserves the right to cancel courses for internal reasons. Course participants will be informed of this at the latest seven days before the start of the course. Should it not be possible for participants to attend an alternative course, any monies already paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n

        Insurance:<\/h3>\nInsurance is taken out during the course as follows:
        \nThird party liability and accident insurance for the aircraft used to cover third party damage.
        \nOwner’s liability and accident insurance for the parachute systems used in the training.
        \nThe participant is responsible for any additional insurance cover. In the case of privately taken out life or accident insurance, you should enquire with the insurer to what extent air sports are included.\n

        The participant waives all claims against TAKE OFF Fallschirmsport or the persons or institutions involved in the training and which he\/she suffers as a result of his\/her activity in aviation, the operation of the aircraft, his\/her stay on the airfield site and other aviation equipment, accidents or other disadvantages, insofar as they are not based on gross negligence or intent. This shall not apply in the event that the damage results from injury to life, body or health.<\/p>\n

        In the event of intentional or grossly negligent damage to training material, the party causing the damage shall be liable. Course participants may be excluded from further training if they endanger their own safety or that of others or cause lasting disruption to the training operation (without right of recourse).<\/p>\n

        Our price list is subject to change. However, all offers will be invoiced at the price valid on the day of booking.<\/p>\n
