There is no right of withdrawal for consumers or the right of withdrawal for consumers may expire early for the following contracts:<\/p>\n

Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, motor vehicle rental, delivery of food and beverages as well as for the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision (\u00a7 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB). This means that insofar as TAKE OFF Fallschirmsport Fehrbellin e.V. offers services from the area of leisure activities, in particular tickets for skydiving courses with an appointment, there is no right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Every order for skydiving courses with an appointment is therefore binding immediately after confirmation by TAKE OFF and obliges the customer to accept and pay for the tickets ordered.<\/p>\n

For all other contracts with consumers, the following applies:<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TAKE OFF Fallschirmsport Fehrbellin e.V., Flugplatzstra\u00dfe 6, 16833 Fehrbellin, Tel.: 033932-72238, Fax: 033932-72417, info@funjump.de<\/a>) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.<\/p>\n

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the revocation<\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.<\/p>\n

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n
